I worked in healthcare for 20 years, providing care and medication to everyone from children, the mentally ill, inmates, operating room patients and recovering addicts.
I purchased my first home at age 19, it was a small townhome in Charlotte, NC that I got as a foreclosure. Two years later, I upgraded to a new construction home in the ‘burbs. 2010 brought me back to the Raleigh area. In late 2017, I decided I was no longer happy in my ‘starter home’ in Franklinton, NC. I listed my home with an agent and my house was under contract within hours of going on the market. I knew that I wanted out of a subdivision, I wanted a space for my dogs to run, without worrying about cars, or them venturing onto someone else’s lawn. I wanted land.

Land is what I got. I built a custom modular home on it in 2018.
Fun Fact: My home sold so fast, leaving us with no where to go, and not wanting to rent an apartment- that we quickly purchased a camper to move into until our new home was ready! We parked it on the land and were present for every bit of the construction of the new house. We lived in the camper for just over a year with our 4lb dog!
In February of 2019, I joined Keller Williams Platinum in Garner, NC. It has been amazing watching the Garner/Clayton area grow from how I remember it as a child. I now have the pleasure and honor of helping people find the home they not only want, but deserve. I help sellers part ways with their properties and move on to the next chapter of their lives. I find yards for families and pets to enjoy, and luxurious soaker tubs perfect for wrapping up a long day. I truly try to find my clients so much more than a ‘house’, I help them find ‘home’.
